Windmill Courts is a small apartment complex in Cazenovia, NY. It is located opposite Burton Street Elementary School, the only elementary school in the district. The street address is 8 Clark Street, Cazenovia, NY 13035. To view a map of the location in Cazenovia click here. It is about 3/4 of a mile from the downtown shopping area.
The nicest thing about the complex is the people that live here. A mix of retirees, young families and divorced individuals make for a warm, comfortable mixed community.
The other benefit of living at Windmill Courts is that no one lives above or below your apartment. The units are all side by side. So, the noise factor is typical a non issue. The complex seems to be consistently very quiet.
We have two types of housing : a ranch style apartment which is all on one level and a townhouse which has two levels.

Rent for new Tenants with a one year lease: Townhouses $695 and Ranches $625 plus utilities (Windmill pays for garbage removal and water). These rates are subject to change.
The term of the lease is typically 1 year. At certain times we may offer short term leases. The shorter the term of the lease the higher the rent.
Security Deposit : An amount equal to one months rent is required as a security deposit.
Pets : Some pets are allowed. The actual decision as to what pets are allowed is determined by Windmill Associates. So, please check first. You must have written permission to have any pets .
